To create a new habit, tap the “+” button in the top right corner. The add habit screen will appear.
Here you should:
Once you have set your habit up, press the save button to return to the habit list. Your habit should appear in the list if it is due today. If you can’t see it, change the today/all switch at the bottom to all.
To complete a habit in the habit list, tap it. The empty circle will change to a filled in circle indicating that the habit is complete for the current day.
To un-complete a habit in the habit list, tap it. The filled in circle will change to an empty circle indicating that the habit is not yet complete for the current day.
There are two ways to edit a habit:
The edit habit screen is the same as the create habit screen. You can change any aspect of the habit, although please note that all changes will apply retrospectively. If the habit was set up to repeat every day and you change it to twice a week, this will affect all the statistics associated with the habit since it began.
Adjusting the start and/or end dates will result in the deletion of any history outside those dates.
There are two ways to delete a habit.
Deleting a habit means it will no longer appear in your habit list or calendar, and all history associated with that habit will be lost.
At the bottom of the habit list there is a switch for choosing whether you want to display all habits, or just those due today. Some actions like reordering are only possible when the today/all switch is set to all.
